The most suprising thing I learned about the land conflict is that there are actually a lot of uses for that one part of land. It was surprising because I just thought there was trees and that no one would really want the land at all. But this is similar to pretty much all other pieces of land because they all start out the same, just a fied of grass or a clumb of trees but people find a use for it.
